  • No. This membership is not dental insurance. It is an in-office preventative care and savings program available exclusively at our practice. It cannot be combined with dental insurance or other discounts.

  • Your membership includes the specific services listed in your selected plan for a 12-month period starting from your enrollment date. Services must be used while your membership is active and do not roll over if unused.

    Any treatment not listed in your plan will be billed separately.

  • No. This membership program is not available to patients who have dental insurance and cannot be combined with any insurance plans, discount programs, or third-party coverage.

  • Membership covers only the services listed in the selected plan and is valid for 12 months from the enrollment date. Fees are due at enrollment and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Benefits begin on the enrollment date, cannot be applied retroactively, and must be used while the membership is active. Unused services do not roll over. New patients may enroll and use benefits at their first appointment.

  • Yes. Active members receive 20% savings on select retail products, including electric and manual toothbrushes, toothpaste, whitening products and other products available in our retail section.

    Excludes Oral B electric toothbrushes, Hydrofloss and professional whitening trays.

    Payment of the membership fee constitutes acceptance of all Terms and Conditions outlined above.
